As a friendly reminder, our regular season kicks off on the road this Saturday, September 19th, against the reigning WHL and I-5alry Cup champions, the Everett Silvertips. Let's pack the stands and show them how our fans travel!

🏒 ROAD TRIP CHECKLIST & REMINDERS

Tickets: The Flock is so excited to be welcomed back to Angel of the Winds arena! Check out our exclusive discounted ticket link! Lower bowl tickets have been selling fast, so if you haven't grabbed yours yet, act quickly to secure your spot with the Flock.
Tailgate Party: Get ready to party before the puck drops! Join us for the Flock tailgate on the west side of the arena (off of Oakes and Wall St). Absolutely everyone is welcome! The festivities kick off at 4:00 PM, so come early, bring your game-day energy, and let's get loud together before heading inside!
Code of Conduct: As we hit the road for the season opener, please take a moment to review our newly published Away-day Code of Conduct. We want to bring the noise, but let's make sure we always represent the Winterhawks with respect and good sportsmanship!

WINTERHAWKS AT NHL TRAINING CAMPS

While we are getting ready for the WHL season to begin, several of our guys are currently out competing at NHL training camps this month! We’re incredibly proud to see them showcasing their skills at the highest level. Be sure to keep an eye on our recent 2026 NHL Draft class:

• Luke Wilfley (New Jersey Devils): Selected 172nd overall in the 6th round, Luke is out east showing the Devils how the Hawks play.

• Jake Gustafson (San Jose Sharks): Taken just two picks after Luke at 174th overall, Jake is making a splash with his hometown team, scoring 2 of the 3 goals in a win over the Utah Mammoth in the Sharks prospects game. Hear his perspective

• Will McLaughlin (Vegas Golden Knights): Drafted in the 5th round (159th overall) this past summer, hear his thoughts on his first prospect game (about 3 minutes in).

• Max Pšenička (Utah Mammoth): Our 2025 draftee recently signed his NHL ELC and headed to the mountains for his second training camp in Utah. Hear his reflections

• Jordan Duguay (Boston Bruins): Our reigning Teddy Bear Toss scorer is trying to keep his success with bears going and making the most of his invite to The Boston Bruins training camp.

• Nathan Brown (New Jersey Devils): Nathan looks to stir up some trouble with teammate Luke Wilfley as he accepts his invitation to The New Jersey Devils training camp.

HOME OPENER COUNTDOWN!

We are less than two weeks away from bringing the noise back to the Veterans Memorial Coliseum! Our 2026-27 home opener is officially set for Saturday, September 26th at 6:00 PM taking on the Kamloops Blazers.
